FRIDAY is a personal dashboard app that displays your Google Calendar events and Google Tasks on any screen — including Kindle e-readers, tablets, and monitors.

What we collect

• Your Google email address and profile name (for display)
• Read-only access to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks (via Google OAuth)
• Encrypted refresh tokens for each linked Google account (stored in our database, encrypted at rest)

What we don't collect

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not store your calendar or task data — it is fetched fresh from Google on each dashboard request

How it works

When you sign in with Google, we request read-only access to your Calendar and Tasks. When you (or your Kindle) request the dashboard image, we use your stored (encrypted) refresh token to fetch the latest data from Google, render an image, and return it. The data is not stored on our servers beyond the encrypted refresh tokens.

Account deletion

You can unlink individual Google accounts from the Settings page at any time. Unlinking deletes the encrypted refresh token for that account immediately.
